Dubai, UAE

Nestlé, the largest Food and Beverage Company, continues to invite everyone in the Middle East to eat healthier, move more and live better through its multi-brand campaign “Choose Wellness, Choose Nestlé”. Now for the sixth year consecutively, the movement serves as a conscious approach to prompt people once again to embrace a healthier and fitter lifestyle throughout the year.

“Choose Wellness, Choose Nestlé” is reaching people through its activations at all leading hypermarkets and supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lulu, Panda, COOPs, and select pharmacies across the GCC, Jordan, and Lebanon until the end of January.

“‘Choose Wellness, Choose Nestlé’ reaffirms our global commitment to promote healthy diets and lifestyles. We believe that a healthy and balanced diet is all about the right choices and small simple steps that create a big impact. We will continue to take solid initiatives towards helping our consumers make informed choices while shopping and move towards an active lifestyle,” said Sarah Kanaan, Nutrition, Health and Wellness Manager at Nestlé Middle East.

Shoppers will have an opportunity to interact with in-store Nestlé nutritionists or promoters, available to educate them on the importance of leading healthier lives and to recommend Nestlé products that are suitable for those seeking a healthier lifestyle. In addition, the nutritionists will also offer shoppers a free Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment.

People will also have the chance to receive “Your Smart Eating Guide” leaflet that will provide you with tips on how to adopt a healthy balanced diet by ensuring the inclusion of all needed food groups on your plate and the nutritional content of the various food items that can help you achieve a balanced diet on your journey to making a real difference in your life.
