Nestlé Middle East invites families to join it at Mall of the Emirates and Mirdif City Center in Dubai

This year, Nestlé celebrates its 150th anniversary, emphasizing its commitment to nutrition, health and wellness. To kick off the festivities, Nestlé Middle East invites individuals and families to choose health. Join us with your family and friends from January 23 at Mall of the Emirates and from January 28 to February 6 at City Center Mirdif to learn more about three healthy behaviors: Eat Healthier, Move More, Live Better.

In this regard, Zainab Maktabi, Director of Nutrition, Health and Wellness at Nestlé Middle East, said: “In its third year, the “Health of Choice” campaign has been developed to help individuals and families in the region realize the significant rise in obesity levels and combat this disease. Healthy is a personal choice, and it starts at home with the support of family and friends. That's why we're calling on everyone to choose health today."

Visitors to the “Health of Choice” stand at Mall of the Emirates and Mirdif City Center will have access to many useful and entertaining experiences: Free Nutrition Consultation: Provides a professional nutritionist with advice on how to eat healthier, move more, lead a better lifestyle - Fitness Challenge Game: Can Visitors can choose between two games, challenge themselves as they measure their strength and fitness - #HealthOption: Visitors can pledge to take part in the campaign, and tell us how to make healthy choices during 2016. All this with many opportunities to get health prizes to help lead a healthier lifestyle. .

Thousands of individuals, Nestlé Middle East employees and customers have already pledged to commit to the campaign by participating in a number of healthy classes and activities designed to encourage healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. Many other activities under this campaign will be announced throughout the year.

Maktabi concluded, “Not only do we change habits for a month or two, we strive to get families to adopt these changes permanently as a healthy choice for life.”
